Welcome to the Township of Wilmot Bid Opportunities Website
All vendors interested in responding to a bid opportunity must have an account with bids&tenders. When creating an account, vendors will select commodity codes for goods and services they are interested in and the bidding system will notify the vendor by email when an opportunity is posted, matching their commodity code selection.

Bidders are solely responsible for ensuring their Vendor account information is kept current.

General Information:
The bidding process is governed by the Township's Procurement By-Law which came into force and effect on October 1, 2021.
Only registered bidders will be permitted to submit bids for any contracts, tenders, proposals or quotations listed.
Registered bidders must submit all questions or bid inquiries in writing through the Bids and Tenders site using the "Submit a Question" link associated with the bid opportunity. After submitting your question, you will receive an onscreen confirmation message.
